2013 accord cranks buy will not start

Maybe run through the fuses with a test light to see if you blew a PCM fuse?
Im voltage and ground testing the MAF sensor plug. I have 12v to the black with yellow stripe and 5v to the yellow. Is one of the terminals supposed to be ground?

One of the larger wires should be a black wire and I think it should be a ground.
