I'm new to this site. Sorry for any duplication!

I have a 2013 Accord Sport that I changed the starter on. There was a "keep alive" hooked up to the ODB2 port while the battery was disconnected. After the successful installation of the starter, I am having an issue where I am not getting any interior power in the car unless the key is in the "on" position. The key is not locking or unlocking the car. The dome light will not come without the key in the on position. It also appears that what used to be non-volatile memory is now volatile. The car won't remember that it was in economy mode when it was shut off. Also, when I put the key in the on position, the speedometer needle fluctuates, it didn't before. As far as I can tell, everything works well otherwise. The auto headlight feature is also not working. Any ideas on this issue will be greatly appreciated.

 

It is probably a blown fuse. Check under-hood fuse no. A21 (10A) first.
