How to check the power steering fluid. I do not see a dip stick or reservoir

The 2013 EXL parts diagram shows an electric motor with the PS rack, so I guess Honda did switch.

Pg 74 of your owners manual shows the alert light for a malfunction of EPS or Electric Power Steering. Better fuel economy than hydraulic assist.
