2014 Honda Accord Flasher relay location?

I have a 2014 Honda Accord EX-L that I purchased used. I now noticed my rear blinkers are not working. It seems aftermarket LED tail lights were installed. I read somewhere that changing out the standard blinker relay with an electronic relay may solve the problem.
The problem is locating it to change it out! I took it by an auto repair shop and they could not locate it and it doesn't show up in any of their technical reference info. I have searched online and can't find anything.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Jeff

The car (9th gen Accords) does not have not have a separate turn signal/hazard relay (this already started with 8th generation Accords, 2008 - 2012).
The turn signal/hazard flasher circuit is built into the the multiplex integrated control unit (MICU). The MICU is built into the under-dash fuse/relay box. A faulty MICU would necessitate replacement of the under-dash fuse/relay box.
Generally, adding turn signal LED bulbs would not cause them to not work. They would just hyperflash, unless load resistor were added. There are aftermarket plug and play load resistors that are sold for the 8th and 9th generation Accords.

I don't have a 2014 wiring diagram, but the 2010 turn signal/hazard relay is integrated into the MICU (multiplex integrated control unit). I suspect the 2014 has the same setup, so you can't simply replace the relay.
If the front turn signals/flashers work, you will have to do some electrical testing in the back of the vehicle to determine the issue. Inspect the installation of the LEDs to see if any wiring was spliced to do this install.
