Default 2018 Accord Climate Control Unit Issue

Has anyone experienced an issue with the climate control unit not turning on? Also the ambient outside temp reading is not working in the instrument panel. My first assumption is a relay or fuse but I cannot find which ones are associated with the CC unit.

Is the car still under warranty? If so I would take it in for service. If not have you tried to reset it. Have you disconnected the battery for 15 mins and seen if that works? If your ambient temp sensor is not working then the climate control would be effected. Have you checked the connector to the sensor?

It is still under warranty. I disconnected the negative from the battery but for only like 5 minutes. The sensor connector is intact. I do not know how to reset it. If you know and can share the process, I would appreciate it.

I would do the warranty thing. You paid for it...

I'm moving this to General Tech because it's not really an "internal engine" thread.

The fuse to check would be under-dash Fuse No. B14 (10A).
