Default 2018 Accord issues with key fobs not working

My keyless entry stopped working. I replaced the batteries in both key fobs and that did not help. I can start the car with the key fobs but only if I press them to the start button. I went through the process of pressing the lock and unlock on both key fobs with the car on to try and re-register them. Red light on key fob turns on, then off, then back on again and stays on until I release the button, but that has not changed anything. It doesn't seem probable that both key fobs would be bad. Looking for some direction to figure out what is not working.

Check under-hood Fuse No. A27 (10A) - back up fuse.

The back up fuse powers the key-less components, including the START button. If that fuse was blown, the car may not start if the key fob was not near the START button; but, could start when the key fob was near the START button.

Is that in the fuse box in the engine compartment or under the dash?

Under-hood is engine compartment.

Getting closer. Fuse was missing. I was doing some testing the other day and must have pulled it out and dropped it.

Now the car recognizes the key fob but only to the point that it car knows it's in the car and it will start without having to put the key fob up against the start button. But the buttons on the key fob qare not functioning. Also, the seat position save buttons on the door don't respond either. Went back through the process of registering the key fob but that didn't help. Also have new battery in key fob.

Default 2018 Honda Accord Key Fob Problem

I have 2 key fobs with new batteries in them, but having the same issue with both. My car will start when the key fobs are in the car without having to press them to the start button, but none of the buttons on the key fobs work, and the preset seat settings on the drivers door do not work either. I've gone through the process of clicking the lock and unlock buttons while the car is on, and the little red light comes on, but it doesn't seem to be registering with the car. Any thoughts?

Cool

Problem Solved. The problem I discussed was from yesterday. Today everything is working fine. Explain that one.
