Default 2018 Accord Touring 2.0 Paint match issues

Hello new to this forum so not sure if posting in right spot
I have a new 2018 Accord Touring 2.0 which is painted in the Pearl White which i understand is specific to this Trim Level.
When I initially got it home and into my shop under the bright LED lighting I have in place ,it became obvious the front bumper and nose piece above grill were the wrong color white.
It was definitely not noticeable when I picked up car as it was very overcast. Had I noticed at PU ,I would have refused car.
Next day rolled right back to dealer and pulled into the service area and asked Service manager if he could see something wrong with front of car. He immediately agreed it was the wrong color and got the Sales manager to look at also. All agreed it was the wrong white. They got the ball rolling with Honda and brought in
another Identical Touring and swapped the front out.
While it is much better I still feel that the color match from the plastics VS the metal panels is horrible. I have an open ticket with Honda regarding this and am awaiting an answer.
Anyone else have an issue with paint color match. I understand that Plastic VS Metal are different materials but I excepted more from Honda. Also I have noticed a very annoying hood flutter at speed. ?

When painting plastic it will always be a different color. If they paint the whole car with the same batch you will still see a difference. The bumper is black which should give it a darker tint to the paint.

The car should be painted with a primer that masks the black color of the plastic, so the black color shouldn't bleed through. I can't tell what happened with the paint, so hopefully Honda will fix it.

Yes and it is. With the bumpers painted at a different location then assembled you will see a slight difference in color. Some more than others. Mostly seen on lighter colored cars. Yes the paint should match coming from the factory and I would complain also but unless you paint the whole car over at one location he will always have a mismatch color at this point.
