Yea me too I just didn't want to say I have no idea what a 2 way valve is (well I know what a 2 way valve is just not related to a car)

I was wondering if it is like Blinker Fluid or Muffler Oil.

Does not make sense that something had to be replaced yet not hooked up.

Also how much did you pay to get this 2 way valve replaced?

I was going for a valve on the evap system but trying to understand where/why the ECU had to be replaced before pluging it in.
