Default 5th gen 5000RPM at idle!!

my 94 lx with a f22b vtec swap is idling at a crazy 5000 RPM.. when i start the car the idle just shoots up there.. this started happening after i swapped out the throttle body.. but i didnt change the gasket..could this be cuased by a bad throttle body gasket?? and btw i have a cel for o2 sensor, but i had that before the ilde problem. any idea what could cause this ??

Vacuum leak, get a new gasket.

My idle has shot up very high whenever I do anything near the throttle body.

I would pull the backup fuse (7.5 amp) for 30 seconds, and the high idle returns to normal.

The 7.5 amp fuse is on the upper right hand corner of the fuse box in the engine and is labeled Radio and maybe ECU.
