My 89 Accord LX has no lights other than turn signal and brake lights and the flip lights don't work either. The retractor fuses in the fuse box under the hood have voltage through them. I changed the lighting system fusable link and that didn't fix anything. The fuse box under the dash shows no voltage across the 6 fuses for the lights. Where else should I check as I won't have a repair manual for a couple more days?

 

The common diy thread on top of this forum has a link to an online manuals thread. The honda tech link has a 3rd generation shop manual as a pdf.

As for the lights, since several fuses have no power, then you need to trace back to the power source(s) for these fuses. Recheck under the fuse box under the hood to be sure there are no bad fuses. Maybe one of the big fuses is out?

Have you done any work on your car recently? Was it in an accident?

 

Will the lights move with the switch on the dash?
