have a 90 accord that has a ruff start for 10 sec and then runs fine, checked codes found out how in DIY, no codes in ECU only one blink, good fuel pressure 38psi, new coil, new ignighter, new cap and roter, plugs and wires

 

Not a whole lot to go on here. Remember that "some" of the 90 Accords still had the LED on the ECU to read codes.........and one blink is for an O2 issue but don't think that is your issue????

Does this happen when the engine is cold or been sitting for any length of time...ie, only after sitting for "X" hours? Or everytime you start the car.

When you changed the plugs, what did they look like?

Have you read about cleaning/adjusting the FITV....wouldn't hurt to look at the FITV as well.

 

just happen after it sit awhile ie 1 hour or more, plugs were in pretty good shape little rust at the base of the porclin, and Can I find the FITV in DIY not sure what your refering to.
