90 fan issue
Troubleshooting a fan problem. Fuse was blown on the condenser fan (driver's side). Replaced and ran engine with throttle open to check if that fixed the problem. It did, but now only the condenser fan comes on and the cooling fan (passenger side) stays off. Does anyone know if this is correctly functioning? My sense was is that they were supposed to alternate coming on but I might be wrong on that.
Checked fuses again after running engine and both are fine. Before replacing condenser fan fuse, the cooling fan was running fine.

Both fans run together.
Most likely the fan brushes have failed and fan must be replaced. Check for power to the fan connector when fan is commanded (AC on). If power is present fan has failed.
A faulty fan relay or wiring problem could also be fault, but no power would show at fan connector.
good luck
