i have a 91 accord dx and the power seatbelts dont work. they dont automatically retrack like they are suppose to when you turn off the car nor do they do the opposite when the car is turned on. any ideas. i've checked the fuses of course! i dont know if there is a relay or something. and if you have some ideas about the rear defroster that would be great too!
