Default No seatbelts, No radio, No clock...Big Problem?

I have just purchased a 1990 accord ex from my friend as my beater car for goin back and forth to work. Now the main problem i have is that when i purchased it the automatic seatbelts arent working. As well, when i bought it there was no radio and upon purchasing one i am finding that the radio is getting no power through the harness. The last thing i have noticed is that when the car is on the closk int he dash does not work, although it will dislpay one o clock when i push the button next to it in and then go out when i release it. Are all these problems related? Is it an easy fix? My friend said they were all working before he got a new steering column put in. Anyone ever had these problems. I know i need all the help i can get.

Start by checking the fuses for the parts you're tryin to operate.

Check your fuses under the dash, There is a fuse box under the hood also located passenger side near the firewall che it.
