What is happening when it is not starting?

Does the starter turn the engine? Are your dash lights coming on normally? Is the check engine light on when driving?

Listen for the fuel pump to turn on for about two seconds when you first turn the key to the II position. It turns on during the clicks from the main fuel relay. It is a faint whirling/buzzing sound from the back seat area.

I'm confused from your last post. Do you hear the fuel pump turn on?
