91 Accord fuel filter replacement

Welcome new member!
It's #4, held in a bracket on the firewall.
One tube has a flare fitting, shown right below the #12 label in the picture. Use a flare wrench, cause an open-end wrench is more likely to round-off the fitting.
The other tube is a banjo union, so get NEW washers #36. I'm pretty sure there's a place on the filter itself where you use a wrench to hold the filter from spinning.
