Default 91 accord wont start

So ive been having trouble with my 1991 honda accord se. for awile there it would start fine but after driving and shuting off the engine it would take 20-30 min to restart. so we change the fuel relay fuel pump, it has spark. then one day it lost power and died wile i was driving it. we changed the ELD and now there is no power to the fuel pump. everything else has power but the fuel pump.

Are you checking for power on the yellow wire (or yellow/black, can't remember for sure) at the 3-pin connector in the trunk?

I think in the audio section there is a "how to" on by passing the eld.....not sure if it is for the 4th gen or not.

I am not sure why you are messing with the ELD?
Did you have an ECU code that said bad ELD?

I have never heard of one of them going bad

But anyway here is how you bypass the ELD.

AN 820 ohm resister needs to be connected to the 2 wires with red arrows pointing at them. Then leave the ELD unplugged. I have had mine like this for a while. I run a voltage meter in my car and watch my voltage (as I have a very high amp draw car stereo system)

Here is the picture
