I have a 91 Honda accord standard its stuck in second or third gear not sure what gear it shifts through the gears but there not there I just put new clutch in it few months ago when it happen I had to drive it in gear it was in but couldn't release clutch all the way wondering if any fix or just replace tranny it has f22a motor in it great car

 

Unless I'm missing something I would say, if you cannot release the clutch all of the way, then the issue has nothing to do with the transmission and everything to do with the clutch or the clutch linkage.

 

I wonder if the clutch plate was put in backwards? Also check the master and slave cylinders for leaks.
