I need assistance trouble shooting the following with my '91 Honda Accord:

Ceiling light went out and I replaced the bulb but it is still not coming on around the same time the wipers slow and medium speed went out as well as the rear defrost . Are they connected? Are they on the same fuse? HELP!

 

#17 is rear defrost, #22 under hood fuse box is the dome light, ignition light, trunk light etc, You should probably check all the fuses just to be sure, if only two of the speeds on the wipers went out but fast still works then perhaps you had a relay go out.... anything else funky going on?
