Default 92 accord, multiple codes

I have a 92 LX 5 speed manual.
I bought the car for cheap and the engine has always shuttered when accelerating. Did some research and replaced the spark plugs & wires, cap & rotor, IACV, fuel filter and the O2 sensor in the manifold. Also looked for a broken vacuum line. The shutter is still there. Also have changed the VSS.

Recently 3 codes have popped up. 17-VSS, 8-TDC sensor and 41-oxygen sensor heater. The check engine light is on and the engine takes a few extra revolutions to start. It will surge at idle and if idling long enough, the temp gauge will rise almost to the max. Tried researching and didn't really find anything. I read the ECU could be the problem. Change that tonight and the check engine light is still on as well as the extra revolutions to start. Any suggestions on what to do next?

Welcome. I've a '92 EX model 5 spd, high miles, good condition. Fortunately, don't yet have your problems.

In this case, does the radiator get hot? If not, try burping your coolant system to get out any air bubble, or a new thermostat.
Overall, suggest you politely get prior owner to give you his best info on what work, maintenance had been done on the car.

I have bleed the air outta the cooling system twice. I might do it a 3 time tomorrow. The PO didn't have the car for long, so he didn't know about its history.

I was thinking and thought that all 3 of these items might have something in common. Like maybe they share a ground or a power source. I'm gonna see if I can find a wiring schematic to check it out.

Did you get all three codes at once? Did the codes pop up after you replaced all the items you listed in your first post? Or did the cel turn on after some other work was done on the car?

All 3 codes popped up at once. It wasn't immediately after I changed parts. I changed some parts and then a few thousand miles later the codes pop up.

Checking the wirings diagrams is a good plan (but I don't have the shop manual for that year). Each one of those errors can be caused by flaky wiring, the actual sensors don't have to be bad.

I have noticed that the issues do not happen when the engine is cold. Starting it up in the morning and after work it's just fine. After about 10 minutes of driving the engine will shutter and CEL turns on. I wonder if something is over heating causing the issue.
