92 honda accord wont start

Fuel is the next thing to check for. I'd crank it over a few times, then pull a spark plug and see if its wet.

Well this is a weird one for sure. Did you take anything else off when you changed the radiator?

I suppose timing would be the next thing because if its getting fuel and spark it should run unless there is no compression or the timing is off.

How many miles are on the maintenance items, like the distributor cap, distributor rotor, and the spark plugs?

Do you have a timing light?

When you turn the ignition to ON, does the Check Engine Light turn on and then turn off?

Although you didn't change the thermostat, is the ECU ground cable connection clean and tight there?

distributor is brand new as well as cap and rotors spark plugs are about a month old i check it with timing light and the mark on the fly wheel is right where it needs to be but is jumping around

redbull-1 the check engine light is on it reads code 9

Code 9 is for the CYP sensor in the dist.

Have a volt meter to do some testing?
