93 Accord 5spd High rolling idle
Hi I have a 93 Accord LX 2.2L.
My issue is while driving and either disengaging the clutch, or popping the car out of gear, the car will coast at a higher than normal rpm. The car will surge to 2k rpm if the rpm when going to neutral is below and up to 3k at ~2100 and above. I have just recently rebuilt the engine, it has about 600 miles on it. I opened the trans up and inspected it and also replaced the final drive to one from a prelude. I have checked for vacuum leaks around the intake including all actuators (IACV, FITV, ABV). Also the issue ceases after unplugging the IACV and then plugging it back in after about 10 secs. Just long enough to throw a check engine light. The rolling idle after doing this is about 1200 rpm.
I have also replaced all the actuators on the intake as well to no avail. Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
