Igot a 93 accord nd lately its been startin low nd just yesterday it didn't wanna start..this all started when i left my lights on nd i had to charge the battery for a bit.nd theres a rotten smell coming from the battery.

How old is the battery? Take the battery to some AutoZone-type place where they can test it under load.

It might be that draining the battery did some damage, & now doesn't hold a good charge like it should.
