I have a 93 accord ex with 175k miles. I bought this car a year ago and its been great. I have owned trucks my entire life so I dont know much about this..... Anyways the check engine light comes on and off. the car idle goes up and down and it dies here and there and starts back up. The ac will blow ice cold air but cuts in and out when in idle. I dont know where to start any help would be awesome thanks!

Go to DIY section and read how to determine OBD1 codes. Get codes and post them for help.

Does check engine light come on when engine dies?

Any maintenance; spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor?

The engine light comes on and off but it has only died a few times the idle just drops. I'm getting codes. Thanks
