Is the problem a failure of engine to be turned by the starter or engine turns over fine w/ starter but refuses to catch/run?

Be precise in the problem description and someone can help you.

good luck

It's still confusing the way you describe it. If it "turns over fine", that means the starter is doing it's job spinning the engine. Do you mean it doesn't fire?
