Default 93 Accord - Not Starting (Video)

I have a 93 Honda Accord SE, and it won't start. It will attempt to turn over, but it's just not catching.
  • The battery tests good (12 V)
  • I replaced the main relay (I think this is also known as the fuel pump relay) - still no go
  • It also won't start with starter fluid.

Any ideas? Here is a link to the video that shows what happens when I try to start it.

I would check for engine codes. See common diy thread on top of this forum for instructions.

Also test for spark to the plugs. There are spark testers you can buy, or use an old spark plug, if you have one.

Thanks! I tested all four wires with a spark tester, all turned out okay. I ended up replacing my fuel filter, after checking to see that my fuel pump works, and doing more research on the Internet.

It works now after replacing the filter!
