My wife's Honda Accord won't start. Curious if anyone has any insight into what the problem is and how I can fix it?

What year, make, model, engine, transmission, how many miles on the vehicle, how old is the battery, did she attempt to start the vehicle in both park and neutral (assuming it is an automatice), etc? Is this the first time this happened or has this happened before?

Have you checked the terminals on the battery? Is there any corrosion on the Battery terminal(s)? Are the battery terminal clamps tight? They require a 10 mm wrench if I remember correctly. How many years on the battery? Are the headlights bright white (good charge) or a dimmer brown or yellow color (poorly charged battery) ? Have you tried a battery charger to make certain the battery is fully charged? Have you tried tapping on the starter solenoid while she cranks the car? It sounds like the solenoid is telegraphing and not completely picking up. The starter motor should start spinning once the solenoid picks up fully. Much more information is needed.
