Default 93 accord radiator fans

93 accord
thermostat switch brings only one fan while at idle. Jump connector and it brings up both fans. Having a hard time figuring out why only the radiator fans coming on and not along with the condenser fan.

If you tap on the condenser fan when the thermostat switch turns on the radiator fan, will the fan run?

I haven't tried , temperature gauges getting about 3/4 of the way so been trying to be careful. Temp gun reading only shows about 190. Where is the sensor for the gauge located?

The temp sensor is a single wire sensor under the distributor near the upper radiator hose.

Do both fans turn on when you turn on the a/c with the engine running?

Does the temperature go down when the car is moving?
