Default 93 Accord water pump/timing belt replacement

I'm currently putting a new water pump and timing belt on my Accord and ran into an issue removing the old pump from the engine. Ive removed all the bolts from the pump besides the one that is partially blocked by the tensioner pulley. The bolt in the center of the tensioner pulley is stripped out and before I risk damaging it further I would like to know if there is another way to get the pulley out of the way. Thanks in advance.

I would go with a 12 point to take the bolt out. You're at a disadvantage because of the right spot. Usually I go with a little smaller 12 point socket and beat it on but there's no room. You are going to have a hard time taking that last screw out without removing the pulley. A ratchet wrench might be able to get in there
