Default 93 Honda Accord ABS help.

1993 Accord brake fluid coming out ABS reservoir as Master cylinder goes low. Purchased car 6 mos with ABS light on (not concerned about abs light). just started using brake fluid this week. I suspect the pump(the part with the accumulator attached) is pushing fluid up the reservoir feed tube/hose? thus causing the ABS reservoir to "make" fluid? or do i need a modulator? Grateful for your help!

In general the modulators are not repairable and there is no shop manual guidance on any repairs other than replacement of accumulator.

I would suggest finding a good used modulator from a salvage yard (car-part.com) or ebay. You should be able to get a used part for <$50. Make sure to get a "working part" warranty as they sometimes will send a defective part.

good luck
