When you jump the connector and turn the car to On/position II does the CEL come on and stay on? What are the color of the wires and or can you post a pic of the connector and the wire colors.

 

yes the cell light comes on and stays on and the 2 wires are connected to a blue connector. i thought that the 93's had the led lights too. but the light thing going off when you turn the engine off and back on has me stumped.unless it it a bad ecm?

 

Ok I'm getting confused, not hard to do, and it may just be how I'm reading your description.

That two wire blue connector-you are inserting a paper clip-or something- connecting the two wires together and then turn the key on and the cel just comes on and stays on? Is the D4 light also doing the same. What are the wire colors going into that connector.
