I need to change the fuel filter on this 94 honda accord ex. I know how to release the fuel pressure. The problem I am experiencing is how to access the bottom fitting to the filter. Do I access the bottom fitting from the top side or underneath the car. What would be the easiest procedure to accomplish this. Thank ,you in advance for any advice..

 

the best way to get access to it is from the bottom.

you need a special crow foot - wrench to easy access the fitting.
