Default 94 Accord Interior Lights Fuse Blowing

Interior Lights fuse keeps blowing 3 seconds after starting the car.

The fuse (7.5) doesnt blow when the car is on, only after I start it.

This fuse controls the dome light, rear defroster, door lights, the door chime, and the trunk light.

I removed all of the accessories connected to the fuse (that I know of) and it still blows upon startup. I should probably note that all of the accessories I removed work just fine before startup.

Is there something connected that I'm missing? What is connected to that circuit that only activates when the car is started?

That fuse also ties into the integrated control unit. That control unit gets a signal from the alternator. It may be possible that the alternator is shorting out? It may be worthwhile to pull the alternator and have it tested?
