94 Accord seat belt lock up
I have a 1994 honda accord and i am having a problem with my seat belt. It is locked in where it retracts to. When i go to pull it out of that position the sound that you normally hear when the belt its at its full extension is all i get. Can anyone give me a hand?

The only thing I can think of is to remove the plastic piece that hides the spool for the belt. See if the belt is not wound on that spool properly.
If there is nothing obvious, the seat belt has a lifetime warranty for mechanical failure. I would call your dealership first, but it sounds like your seat belt should qualify.

I had found a TSB about that back when my daughter had a 92 Accord. Not sure if it's similar...
IIRC it was something about it getting stuck & latching. In order to unlatch it you have to allow it to retract another couple mm. In order to allow that to happen, you had to unbolt one anchor or another.
