94 Accord transmission

I have a 94 accord ex, the D4 on my drive selector blinks when in drive mode. please help figure out what is wrong

Top of this forum list there's a thread about "common DIY".
Inside that, there's a link about "reading error codes".

Do that, when you jumper the SCS connector & turn on the key, the D4 lamp will flash an error code. Tell us that code and we can go from there.
