94 Accord Trouble Codes - Car Stalls
Hello, finally managed to read the flashing light and get the codes, the car has a 15 and a 41. The 41 is the primary oxygen sensor and the 15 is "missing or defective ignition output signal". Does anyone have an idea what 15 is? Would this cause the car to stall and then start up again after a few minutes at highway speed?

the ignition signal is generated from the ignitor inside the Distributor.
I would check all wire connections and be sure the spark shield is under the dist. rotor.

For Code 15, the entire distributor is not at fault. It's either the ignition coil or ignitor inside the distributor. Most likely coil. There is a DiY procedure to determine which is the problem.
Code 41 is probably not related. It indicates a fault w/ the O2 sensor heater circuit. This circuit warms the sensor when engine is cold. When heater element burns out, you get this code. Probably new O2 sensor is necessary, but check the wiring and connector to be sure there's no damage.
good luck

The ignition control module (ignitor) is probably what is causing the car to stall. Also check that the wiring is in good shape. You do not have to change the distributor.
A bad O2 sensor will cause the car to run a little rough and burn more gas. It shouldn't cause the car to stall.
