Default 94 Accord Wagon Tailgate Actuator!

The actuator on my 94 accord wagon tailgate will no longer lock and unlock the tailgate. I can hear it clicking inside the actuator motor when the door lock button is operated, but it barely moves the tailgate lock button.

I opened up the actuator transmission, and the gears are turning very slow/weakly, and I think not in a complete cycle, so the pin which operates the lock and button is not being engaged.

Does anyone know about these, or know where I can get a replacement?

Many thanks...

Tailgate door lock actuator is part of the tailgate latch assembly.

Honda part #74800-SV5-A01.

Hey, I have another question: After I replaced the tranny and went to start the car, I got only a clicking sound. No starter engaged. I replaced the starter with a new one, and it did the same thing about five times and then cranked and started the engine. Since then it does it every time - I will turn key on and off about 5 or 6 times and it will eventually start. I purchased another negative battery cable, but haven't installed yet. Any guess as to what it might be, like a relay switch or something?
Thanks so much!

Check that you have 12V going to the small blk/wht wire at the starter when you turn the key to the start position. If not, then you will have to work backwards. Is this a manual or automatic transmission vehicle?
