Default 94 accord Wont Start :(

ok i bought a 94 accord no start problem heres what ive done
new fuel pump
new distributor
new starter
spark plug wires
i did a compression test had 150psi across the board i checked for spark on each spark plug white spark and ive check for fuel delivery pulled the rail and turn the key to the on position they all spray i checked to see if the mfr clicked twice when i turn key over to its good as well i checked timing lined up the white mark on the harmonic balancer and checked the cam gear there dead on perfect and the belt isnt broken nor is the cam itself its good as well im stumped i checked for engine cels i have cel 15 ignition output signal im not to familiar with this issue please help

Since you did a compression check, I'll assume the starter cranks the engine just fine.

Main fuel relay works because the injectors are spraying. With the normal failure of the main relay, it clicks but doesn't always provide power to the fuel pump. So a better test for the main relay is whether the fuel pump can be heard running for 2 seconds when you turn on the key.

Ignition output signal is that circuit between the ECU and the distributor. The ECU uses this to command the ignitor to fire the coil. Look for bad electrical connections from the ECU to the distributor. Did your new distributor come with a new ignitor & coil?

yes when i turn the key i hear the fuel pump kick on for the 3 seconds and i am suspecting its my ecu that may be at fault be cause my distributor is new and yes the coil is new its built in the dizzy from what ive read and the igniter as well i will try the used ecu tomorrow from the junk yard keep every one posted

I have a 94, Sometimes mine will crank and won't start. I go and make sure all the connectors by the distributor are pushed tight together, then push down on each individual wire a little bit, and mine will usually fire up right after that. Might take a try or two. Something to try

Did you check fuel pressure on ignition?

Look for bad electrical connections between ECU and distributor, before you proclaim the ECU to be bad.
