Default 94 Accord..Won't Turn Over

I am having a problem with a 94 Accord...Its for a friend and i am stuck at this point, trying to find out what is the next step to take...Installed a brand new battery car seemed to be fine, drove it a couple times and then it just went dead..Pulled the altenator off had it checked out and rebuilt...installed the altenator back, put the battery cables back on and i am getting nothing, no power to anything, dome light, headlights, dash lights, nothing...car won';t even attempt to turn over...so took my battery out my truck just to check and still nothing...where do i go next? Any help would be appreciated, its for an older woman i know and i am only doing this as a favor...please help

The first thing I'd do is to check the main fuses in the underhood fuse box.

Corroded or loose battery cables? Not at the battery but at the opposite ends.

Possible starter motor pinion jammed in flywheel ring gear..also make sure your transmission is solidly engaged in PARK .

first thing that i would chk is to make sure that the cables are tight and not corroded. battery is still fully charged . if those are ok i would start checking the main fuses
