94 auto 2.2, poor fuel milage! hard shifts?
I have a 94 accord 2.2 automatic with 150k, I have been getting poor fuel mileage SO I changed the fuel filter, put new plugs, cap, but nothing has fixed it. The TPS went bad so I changed it, now I'm getting a CEL for tps and the d4 is flashing, also the car wouldn't start some times so I changed the engine control mod. But its still having spells where it won't firethe first couple of cranks......... Any advice or help ??

Get the TCM code by jumping the service check connector and reading the flashes. See Diy forum for details.
Poor gas mileage usually results from aging o2 sensor which controls fuel/air mix. Other less likely causes are dragging brakes (lift and spin wheels to check).
Have you checked for fuel leaks at fuel injector/fuel rail connections. Corroded fuel lines are a possibility in areas where roads are salted.
good luck

Also, D4 flashing = check transmission indicator I believe.
BTW, when servicing your auto-tranny, the forum guru's here say to use only Honda brand AT fluid. luck
