Default 94 Honda Accord EX 4 cylinder v-tec air conditioner problems

I have a 94 accord ex 4 cylinder v-tech. If I hook power straight to my compressor it comes on and works fine the air gets cold and everything. All of my relays and fuses are good, I have freon in the system but for some reason it will not work. If I bypass the pressure switch and hook power directly In there the compressor will not come on. I thought it was maybe the control board so I got a salvage one and still nothing. Can anybody help me?

You will need a volt meter. Unplug the pressure switch. Turn on a/c and blower inside the car.

Does the red/wht wire have 12V to ground?

The other wire (blu/yel) should have continuity (~zero resistance) to ground.

Would it matter if even when I bypass the whole switch I still get no power to the compressor?
