Default 94 lx coupe backfiring

ok so when the car is cold its fine, but after i drive it for a while and warms up it would miss once and awhile and backfire that just started recently about 2 weeks after replacing the distributor... and when i drive the car and park it for a little but and get back it into drive i let off the clutch and it starts bucking and backfiring like im stoping without pushing the clutch in, it only does it for for a couple seconds then its fine... im thinking fuel filter cuz i just put a brand new fuel pump in so i dont know what else it could be any guesses?

Sounds like an ignition issue; bad distributor cap, rotor, or wires that is allowing spark to short/jump to adjacent cylinders (backfire).

good luck

You sure the wires are all connected right? Its common when replacing the dizzy that one wire may not clip in all the way.

yes i had the probelm with the bucking when starting out b4 i replaced the dizzy, but if i push the clutch in and rev it up when it starts to buck then try to pull out its fine. im using the OEM ngk wires and you can feel them clip in i used the repair book to make sure i had the right firing order too.
