Arrow 94 LX-Oil soaked spark plug cyl.2-need help

Oil keeps fouling out my cylinder#2 plug. I've changed the valve cover gasket and rubber spark plug seals, still soaked. I did some research and found out thta there are 4 more seals somewhere under the rocker arm assembly. Is there a how-to on replacing these seals? where can i order them? Haynes manual is not giving too much detail. Any help would be appreciated.

This is a video on replacing those lower seals.

Usually a fel-pro gasket set will have the upper seals, lower seals, bolt grommets, and a new valve cover gasket. If you can't buy just the lower seals aftermarket, the honda dealership should sell them.
