Default 95 accord 2.2 timing help

1995 honda accord 2.2 vtec coupe
CEL is on, codes 6, 9, 12 after I took off the distributor
I recently removed My distributor to access a deteriorated hose, I failed to mark it but it started up fine, realized My mistake and stopped driving it, now when I start it it struggles extremely hard and sounds like only two cylinders are firing for the first 15-30 seconds then goes back to normal. I'm having a hard time finding how to fix it and I've heard the magnet should be facing the 1st cylinder? I'll add pictures below, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Distributor with cap off, magnet pointing towards the ground

The codes you have are for the engine coolant temp sensor, #1 cylinder position sensor (in the distributor), and EGR lift sensor. Since those items are in the area you worked on, make sure you got everything plugged back in. I don't think there are electrical connectors that could be accidentally swapped, but I'm not 100% sure.
