95 accord 2.2l ex MT...popping axle & jumping steering wheel
hearing popping when turning and it continues for about 5 to 10 secs. even when u straighten the wheel. this has been going on for a while but now im feeling it in the steering wheel. when i let go of the wheel, its just jumping left to right. when letting go of wheel, it drifts to the left strongly. all of this occurs at any speed, slow or fast...please help

You really need to determine the source of the noise. If this noise is from a suspension component (like a ball joint, etc...) and it breaks while driving, you can get seriously injured.
Here is a good video on finding suspension noises:

Popping while turning suggests faulty CV joints. Check all boots for damage and grease loss. If you find a damaged CV axle, a replacement is necessary.
Suggests purchiasing high quality axle to avoid potential vibration problems. AZ, OR, et al inexpensive joints don't have a good rep, but to be fair they have worked for some. I gave up after 4 defective axles (AZ rebuilts) caused vibration under acceleration.
good luck
