95 Accord Fuel Sending Unit

95 Accord Fuel Sending Unit
Having problems with my fuel gauge indicator and based on what I've read on this forum and others I should replace my fuel sending unit.
I have a 95 Accord EX 4dr and have not found any specifics on how to replace the fuel sending unit (seems like some have indicated that the access to the sending unit is under the back seat..not sure if I really want to attempt that). Anyway, hoping for more specifcs on location, ease of replacement and should I purchase official part or OEM for my 95 Accord?
I've also read other forums where they recommend a fuel additive such as BG44K which could help...any thoughts on that?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Ohm test for the sending unit;
Terminals A & B the 2 left most as you face the unplugged connector.
Empty tank 105-110 ohms
1/2 tank 25-40 ohms
Full tank 3-5 ohms
If you want to check the dash gauge Yellow/Blue wire of the harness connector, at the sending unit, can be grounded and then turn on the key and the fuel gauge should rise. DON'T LET IT PEG OUT

Wow...thanks for the great info and no I haven't determined if it is actually the sending unit, i was just going off of the many forums i've read indicating that it is possibly the sending unit.
Now that I have a bit more specifics to go on, I'm going to start digging around the trunk to see if I can tackle this job and will give an update.

I was able resolve my wacky fuel gauge issue by replacing the fuel sending unit. It was a fairly simple task and took about 30 minutes. On my 95 Accord EX – 2.2L access to the fuel sending unit is located in the trunk on the right hand side toward the back of the trunk. Once located, I removed the cover panel which was held by 3 philips screws. After removing the cover panel you will see the top of the fuel sending unit, simply remove the wiring connection and the 5 small bolts. The sending unit then pulls right out of the fuel tank and simply place the new one in. My fuel gauge is now showing the fuel accurately.
I picked up the brand new sending unit on ebay from "tombracco" who had the lowest price on the unit and it only took a couple of days to receive the part.
Many thanks to all for the great info and helping me resolve my issue.
