Default 95 accord h22a issues

i have a 95 accord with what looks to be an obd1 h22a i bought it with the swap done but i have no clue whats wrong with this thing it runs and drives but it sounds like a dang lawn mower unless going full throttle and hell it doesnt even get past 6500 rpms and the vtec doesnt work idles extremely rough the wiring harness was done very poorly so i am not sure if a jumper harness was used and the stock accord map sensor was rigged to work which could be an issue please any help would be greatly appreciated cause im running outta ideas lol

well partner sounds like you know alil about engines?you seen a few things wrong with it so far so why stop their?
i like to do the process of elimination, you see something wrong fix it if possible!if not?write it down and move on to the next issue at hand, once you have done all you could then bring it here or take it to the shop!
trust me i would love to have a look at it for you but unlikely!so get to know your new old car and have fun with it!buy a manual for it and get some knowledge, thats what a mechanic told me 25 years ago and you dont stop learning,so good luck if you need help then give us more detail on what it does when it does it!that sort of stuff an we will be happy to help!
