Default 95 Accord Heater blower and Light on after key out

It had been running fine and one day the battery drained so we boosted it. When we got home we noticed that the lights one the heater were still on. The blower still turned on, even after we turned the key off and took the key out.

We have pulled the fuse in the panel and the blower stopped working but the lights stayed on. We pulled the relay under that hood, and again the lights stayed on. We have been disconnecting the battery to be able to avoid haveing to boost it.

What else could it be?

Thanks for any help you can give!!

I'm a bit confused.....not hard to do.

Most of the 5th gens (95) had push button controls to change settings. The blower is on a **** as well as the heat/cold control.

So are you saying that the "mode" lights of the HVAC (defrost, floor, vent, ect) are staying on?

May be a shorted blower motor relay, which can also drain your battery.

Yes I am saying that the mode lights and the blower are staying on after the car is shut off. The Relay that is in the diagram has been pulled and the light were still on. The fuses, everything short of tearing the dash apart. The only way we can keep the battery from draining is to unhook it.

Again I'm easy to confuse.

You pull the relay in the diagram that redbull posted and the blower stops.

The lights on the heater panel are sill on (when the relay is pulled), correct?

Have you had this car for some time and this is something new that has happened without any work being done to the car recently.
