Default 95 Accord LX Coupe: window molding creating wind noise

The window molding has somehow protruded out of its channel and whenever I drive at 40+ mph I can hear a distinct wind noise coming from that spot. I was thinking about using some emblem glue to try to stick the trim back down but what would you guys suggest in that situation?

The molding is held in with 1 screw and 9 clips. One or more clip may be broken.

Thank you for the information. I tried to see if I could push it down and no luck. I'm gonna try to find a diagram online to see where those clips and screw are.
