which windows? If theyre power side windows... they may be something stuck in the track or they just dont have the power anymore to roll them all the way up...

 

power windows...and they go up and down quick, how do i clean the tracks?

 

If they go up and down quick, the tracks might not be the problem. Can you feel wind coming through the top of the window or is it just loud?

 

There are minor adjustments on the window regulator under the door panel to change the 'tilt' of the window.
Iwould first use some painters masking tape to make sure of where the noise is coming from.
Put a wide strip of tape along the top edge of the window and test drive. See if the noise goes away.

 

Its loud on the freeway, I took out the black clip on the window, and straighten out the black rubber piece that goes around the window, im going to see if it helped wen i go on the freeway in a bit.
